⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visited Sankalp Restaurant at Sankalp Complex, Polytechnic Cross Roads, Himatnagar, while on my way to Ambaji Temple. I have visited several Sankalp restaurants over the last 10 days, but this particular location was by far the best. Every dish we ordered was excellent—fresh, delicious, and very well prepared. I was so impressed with the food that I personally requested to meet the chef and thanked him for the wonderful meal. Excellent food, great quality, and a very satisfying experience. Definitely one of the best places to eat in Himatnagar. Highly recommended!
